LOS ANGELES -- Michael Jackson's personal physician returns to court Friday for in-person questioning of potential jurors in his involuntary manslaughter trial.
The session comes two weeks after a pool of 145 people was created to possibly hear the case against Dr. Conrad Murray. Prosecutors and defense attorneys have been going through the group's responses to a 30-page questionnaire and dismissing some of the group if their answers indicated certain biases.
The judge has not revealed how many people have been dismissed. Attorneys will have limited time to question prospective jurors.
Opening statements are scheduled to begin on Tuesday in Los Angeles.
Murray has pleaded not guilty. Authorities contend he gave the singer a lethal dose of the anesthetic propofol in the bedroom of the singer's rented mansion on June 25, 2009.

What is incredibly tacky of the Jackson family right now is their sudden involvement in pursuing this suit against a doctor that was simply left holding the hot potato. Simply put, if this doctor had not given Michael what he wanted, Michael would have hired someone else to get it for him.
What I question here is WHERE were all of these Jacksons when Michael was alive? Why did they not embed themselves in his life and insist on his rehab? Shame that they didn't do what they should have done in time. Tsk, tsk.
The Michael Jackson that we all grew up with has been dead long ago when he started transforming himself into his final image. He was in obvious distress and suffered from deep rooted insecurities since way back when. Where the heck was his family then? So now they are coming out of the woodwork to blame a doctor for "killing" him? As far as I'm concerned, they should put themselves on the stand as well since each had a part in killing him.
RIP Michael- May you find your much desired peace and tranquility.
