Obama might have given up on 47% of the population - workers, employers, who pay most of the taxes, who will never vote for him. Actually, I think it's a smaller number, for both of them. 51% of income earners pay no federal income tax, and about 50% of households get some government money, and a record number of people are getting food stamps, but I think a lot fewer than 47% of them feel significantly entitled. I think a lot of them know that a strong private sector is needed to make good jobs and bring prosperity. A lot of them may realize that a strong private sector is needed to pay the taxes that support social security, medicare, welfare, etc. I think a lot of people getting government money would like to get a job instead.

GROW UP PEOPLE!!!. this is a political vice presidential debate. stop acting like this is mother theresa talking to the pope. two politicians who are vying to get their party in the white house. they will do whatever it takes to get there. stop pouting regardless of party and just make a decision on who has the strongest points. not "which one raised their eyebrows". oh my... he raised his eyebrows, he smirked... he must not know what he is talking about. GROW UP!!!

First of all Ryan is not being truthful. Romney didn't mis-speak, C'mon! He was at a private fundraiser where he was trying to suck money out of people and he was surrendering to them saying he can't get their vote. It wasn't a public speech. He meant what he said and I wish these liars would have the class to say yeah we meant it. The spinning is making me sea sick.

I thought Biden was rude and disrespectful the way he interrupted and made comments while Ryan spoke. He also made comments about not having the same amount of time which seemed childish. Maybe he thought he was being a bull dog but he seemed more like a bully that was not getting his own way. Why cant the President and Vice President abid by their time and let the other person talk? Are they afraid that of what the other canidate will say? It was embarrassing!

Ryan accused the Dems of using a strategy of trying to make R/R seem scary. For me, R/R is doing that all by themselves.

I see this video here has edited out all the laughing, comments, smirking, and spinning around in the chair all while talking over his oponent when it was his time to remark.

The Dems view america this way. America right now obviously according to Biden is laughable. We as a nation to these people are a joke.

About Biden’s comments about nukes – in 1963, Bill Wattenburg, who designed nuclear weapons in the past, said that he and several other nuclear people tried to find the ingredients for an atomic bomb in the Los Vegas area. Assuming they already had the enriched uranium, they found all the other ingredients in 2 days.

Therefore, Iran should be able to make a bomb once they have the enriched uranium. They'll probably have everything else waiting. A delivery method is another matter, but I think North Korea and other countries have been helping them get a missile.

10 facts about Willard “Mitt” Romney

1. Believes corporations are “People”. 2. Does not support women’s rights. 3. Believes the wealthy should pay less in taxes than everyone else. 4. Says “Obamacare” is bad but did the exact same thing in Massachusetts. 5. Says that 47% of Americans are freeloaders & don’t matter. 6. Wants to increase military spending by $2 trillion. 7. Did not support the American Auto Manufacturers bailout. 8. Has sent tens of thousands of American jobs overseas.9. Wants to further deregulate banks. 10. Hides his money in overseas bank accounts.

That's why you're voting for Barack Obama in 2012.

Biden, pray to God that nothing happens to Obama before the election or this country is "really in trouble". Put this guy out to pasture with the rest of the crowd from "One flew Over the COOKOO's Nest". My God, is this the way the guy in line ,in case something happens to #1, acts in front of the world? Thank God we are less than 40 days from elections!

I agree. Biden was very scary. All he did was laugh, shake his crazy head & laugh some more. Very unprofessional, just like a crazy man. He reminded me of the political version of Jack Nicholson in the Shining. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't let Mr Ryan speak. Kept interrupting at every turn. Very frustrating for the listener. Wanted to slap him. Just crazy.
03:26 PM on 10/12/2012
Really? But when Mitt did the same thing last week it was called being confident and aggressive. As far as smirking, seems that Ryan can't get rid of his.
03:33 PM on 10/12/2012
Did you happen to see Ryan, smirk condescendingly, scoff at remarks Biden made, laugh at statements (actual FACTS) Biden made? Just wondering if we were watching the same debate. But when Ryan smirks, scoffs and laughs at the current Vice President that is not consider disrespectable.......hmmmmm
02:49 PM on 10/12/2012
. Polls have no integrity. Those who forget their past, are codemn to repeat it.

Romney/ Ryan they deserve a chance. Obama and his clown Biden failed their chance.
02:26 PM on 10/12/2012
So NO ONE on this site wants to admit to seeing Ryan smirking, scoffing, raising his eyebrows (actually his whole forehead) in a condescending way and laughing inappropriately at Biden. NO ONE on this site wants to admit to seeing Ryan also cut-off Biden as he was trying to speak, interrupted him as Biden was stating FACTS. Yeah, that's what I figured. Romney/Ryan supporters only see what they want. I believe Ryan said it correctly, "if you don't have a good record to run on, then you paint your opponent to run from". And then he went on to paint Obama as some one to run from. Yep, Romney/Ryan don't have a good record to run from so they are trying to paint Obama/Biden as some one to run from.

First of all, I saw everything you described. For some unexplicable reason, that seemed to be the media spin and we all know who they're in bed with. They've done their job leading the American people down the garden path. Those of us who have a memory longer than a few years, or a few presidents, do or should realize that. BTW, from what I've heard, the blame the other guy for what you do is a standard theme... Ryan was and is pathetic...put a wig on him and he's Palin on steroids.

BECAUES ROMNEY AND HIS PARTY ARE FUNNY......LOL
02:17 PM on 10/12/2012
I watched the debate and Biden came off looking like he was ready to run out the door from the start. He is 70 years old and well into retirement age, it's time to hand over the reins. Obama has never had any control over anything. His Wife is out of control with spending taxpayers money. Not one single BORN American has been helped in the past four years. From what i'v seen there is no need for anymore debates.
02:37 PM on 10/12/2012
Take off your beer goggles Ryan is not ready to take over as fry cook at McDonald's Biden had the facts told the truth and called Ryan out on all his and Romneys lies.

Why is it that so many Republicans that Hates the 47% of Americans always want to be in Power?

Take Republican Mitt Romney, He Hates 47% of all Americans… “He says, I Don’t Care about you”

Take Republican Paul Ryan, He Hates 30% of all Americans… “But, He wants to rule over them”

Take Republican Rush Limbaugh, He Hates all of None-White Americans… And, He’s on the airways spreading words of Hate to all Non-White Peoples Everyday”

Take Republican Todd Akin, He Hates all of Legitimate Victims, with claims of getting pregnant… It Cannot Happen He Says!

Take Republican Shawn Hannity, Working for Fox News and He Cannot Harness his Hateful Agenda… He acts like a demon, wearing facemasks on Fox News TV.

Take Republican Allen West, Sending demeaning letters to his now Ex-wife, quoting in his words “Non-Negotiable” sex demands to his wife… “Non-Negotiable” and, “Allen West wants to rule over Americans”

Take Republican Majority House of Representatives; on the day that President Obama took office… We want “Him” to fail… (Would “Him” not mean America?)

As the Republican Lead Majority, in the US House of Representatives all vowed to this pledge, of Failed Government, on a Presidents First Day in Office… And, is anyone really telling us that there are peoples out there that are willing to side against morals and faith to support this kind non-sense.

Should there be a need to say more…

Why...because they're the party of the "do as I say and not as I do." That's why...
