They say beauty is pain, but we're hoping this just looks worse than it actually feels.

On Saturday, "The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards tweeted a photo of herself getting an electrical facial -- a 70 minute treatment that uses an electrical current to deliver water-soluble solution into the skin.

In the photo the 43-year-old reality star looks like something out of a horror movie, as her face is covered in cotton pads and a leather mask that is hooked up to electrical wires. The irony of her beauty treatment wasn't lost on Richards, who later joked that she wants to borrow the "mask" for Halloween.
