The former Bengals cheerleader who admitted to sleeping with her underage student is bringing her special talent to your living room.
Sarah Jones, now 27, will star in her own reality show, the New York Daily News reports.
A source told Radar Online that Jones shouldn't be able to make money off her crime: having sex with a 17-year-old former student while she was a teacher at a northern Kentucky high school.
UPDATE: In an email to WLWT, Jones' attorney Eric Deters said, "Sarah Jones does NOT have a reality show, plans or discussions about one. This report is false."
Jones pleaded guilty to the relationship with Cody York -- who claims to be her boyfriend -- earlier this month.
"She's totally cashing in on her crime, and I'm pretty sure that if it was a 27-year-old man that had pleaded guilty to having sex with his 17-year-old female student he wouldn't have been given a TV show!" the source told Radar Online.
CBS reports that the creators of MTV's "Jersey Shore" approached Jones with a proposal to star in her own series. Further details are unclear.
Meanwhile, Jones is suing The Dirty for $11 million for defamation and libel after website published an article calling her "a liar and a child molester," Radar Online reports.
In court earlier this month, Jones expressed remorse for having the relationship while she was employed -- but doesn't regret being with York.
"Yeah, what I did was wrong," she said. "And I feel guilty as to what happened and that other people were hurt in this in a sense from our families having to go through this."
All men are evil, all women are angels
Now; would I have hit that cheerleader? Like the fist of an angry...
I love USA so Id hate to just pin these money grubbing issue as "American"
Cheers thou!
So the headline was indeed libel. In some states you can legally marry as young as 14 with parental consent - the media outlets who called her a "child molester" and a "female Sandusky" are shameless and had no problem defaming someone with sensationalist headlines just for the ratings - they should be sued out of business.
the fact that she is a female and the victim is ok with this means nothing
just like a wife who doesnt want her abusive husband to go to jail
