Fadi Saleh, the mastermind behind the YouTube phenomenon "barackdubs," has made the president sing and boogie down to plenty of popular songs in the past.

Remember Obama crooning to Carly Rae Jepson's "Call Me Maybe"? Or the Obama/Romney duet of Miley Cyrus' "Party In The U.S.A"?

On Tuesday night, as Obama clinched a second term in office, 19-year-old Saleh was quick to post a celebratory video -- this time of the president getting funky with MC Hammer's 1990 super hit "U Can't Touch This."
