Kathleen Miles is the senior editor of The WorldPost, the
international news site of The Huffington Post. She was previously
an editor of HuffPost LA.

Before HuffPost, she worked at the NPR affiliate KPCC, writing and
producing national news stories. She has also worked as a district
representative for U.S. Congressman Adam Schiff; field investigator
for the U.S. National Labor Relations Board; and political action
coordinator for the Iron Workers International.

She earned her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, where she studied Political
Economy of Non-Industrialized Studies, with an emphasis in Middle
Eastern Studies. She earned her M.A. from Loyola Marymount, while
simultaneously teaching full-time with Teach for America in South L.A.
